Our garden runeth over with tomatoes this year! That means: salsa. We spent an afternoon cooking, using all our tomatoes and our own hot banana peppers, jalapenos, and bell peppers. I love cooking with Clark- he's so knowledgeable. Our plan after making salsa was to make our favorite recipe of quesadillas for dinner. So after taking a break we went back into the kitchen to start. We sadly realized how dumb we were. We didn't leave any tomatoes for our quesadillas :( So we had hot dogs and nachos.

(We usually add taco seasoned chicken and because blue cheese is expensive we usually cut that.)
